How do I become a certified PADI Wreck Diver diver?

Wrecks come in all shapes and sizes, each with its own unique characteristics. In the PADI Wreck Diver course, you will gain the knowledge and skills to navigate and explore various types of wrecks. This involves delving into their layouts, histories, and potential dangers, while also honing specialized wreck diving techniques.

Take charge of your learning by completing the independent study portion of your course at your own convenience, wherever and whenever works best for you. Gain valuable insights into various wreck types and the potential risks associated with wreck diving.

You have the flexibility to work at your own pace, whether online or offline, using a computer or mobile device. If you ever need guidance or have any questions, simply connect with your instructor. They will be there to support you during your in-water training and whenever you require assistance.

The eLearning component of the course typically requires a time commitment of 2-4 hours.

Throughout four dives accompanied by your instructor, you will have the opportunity to engage in various activities. These include surveying and mapping a wreck, refining specialized finning techniques, and potentially utilizing penetration lines for advanced exploration.

To participate in the Wreck Diver course, you need to meet the following prerequisites: holding a PADI Adventure Diver certification or an equivalent qualification.

The total time commitment for the course is approximately 2-3 days. It is important to note that the dives must be spread out over a minimum of two days to ensure a comprehensive learning experience. Additionally, the minimum age requirement for enrollment is 15 years or older.
